Founded in 1995, Juxtaposition Arts (JXTA) is a youth employment center and community development social enterprise rooted in North Minneapolis. JXTA’s programs offer college-level training to teens through a core program known as JXTALabs, which annually employs 70 youth, ages 14 to 21, in five revenue-earning art and design micro-businesses. The JXTALabs offer a wide array of high-quality art and design services to local and regional clients, including logo designs, screen printed textiles and merchandise, large-scale public installations and murals.

I am also ServSafe certified and a licensed Cottage Food Producer. Although I’ve been cooking since I was five, I decided to take the time to learn and improve my skill set. My products are made with love and precision in order to give you a fresh homemade taste.

CuddleMutt

High-end dog essentials

The CuddleMutt brand is a private label of dog collars, scarves, bandanas and a signature blanket. Our products are handcrafted locally in Minnesota with a four-legged focus on quality and design. CuddleMutt was inspired by the need to supply rescues and shelters with much-needed blankets. The CuddleMutt blanket is made of plaid fleece and soft blue synthetic lambs wool with tricot binding for added durability. The blue color was chosen specifically to add color to a dog’s life, as it’s one of the few colors dogs can see. For every item purchased, a blanket is donated to a dog in need.

Handcrafted bakery products made the old fashioned way, in small batches

Coffee & Crumbs is a small hidden bakery in Minneapolis, specializing in authentic Filipino breads, pastries, desserts and other Asian-inspired sweet treats. We also bake a variety of comfort foods, like chocolate chip cookies, handmade pies and french pastries. We use Ube, a purple yam, in many of our products. It’s a very traditional ingredient that’s a staple in tropical areas. Ube is not only sweet, creamy and delicious, it’s packed with beneficial nutrients.
