Quality Indian spices that help make authentic Indian cuisine easy.

We hand select whole (mainly organic) spices and pan-roast them. Pan-roasting releases the oils and brings out the flavor and fragrance. This is very different from most grocery store spices that are dehydrated-which actually removes some of the flavor. Then we grind and mix authentic, traditional spice recipes like tandoori, garam masala, tikka masala and chai masala. They are made especially to help make cooking Indian cuisine easy for Minnesotans.
